If you have an IBS diagnosis, are you open to trying the Low FODMAP diet? The Low FODMAP diet can help identify which specific carbohydrate groups may be causing your symptoms. Once those are identified, you can go on to eat most foods, avoiding only those that cause symptoms. It helps to know which foods they are!
