What is Intuitive Eating?

Intuitive eating is listening closely to your body cues and following them when choosing when, what and how much to eat. Many of us have ignored our cues for years and are not sensitive to them anymore. I will walk you through getting back in tune with your body.

What is Health at Every Size (HAES)?

Health at Every Size is the pursuit of health, regardless of weight. The HAES research study revealed that women who focused on eating well based on internal cues, moving and enjoying life had better health markers and higher self esteem than women on traditional diets, without losing weight. This model shows us that we can enjoy our food, live vibrant lives and be at our best health, without dieting or restricting ourselves. Let me show you how.

Do you provide meal plans?

Meal plans tend to put too many limits on what we can and cannot eat. Meal plans put your options in a box. I do provide nutrition education and meal guidance, without specifying what foods and amounts you can eat at each meal. I would like for you to let your body tell you that. *Meal plans are provided to athletes, as needed.
